Welcome! I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard and valued. I was drawn to this work by a desire to help people better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and find meaningful ways to heal and grow—no matter their age or background. My approach uses empathy, collaboration, and education to develop goals and objectives for treatment. For over the past fifteen years I have been utilizing evidence-based practices to treat individuals and families. I have worked in inpatient hospitals, schools, correctional facilities and outpatient therapy offices. I offer in person and telehealth services. How can I help?
